  • Been going to “The Barn” for about two months. I was attracted to the location near my home, it being an all woman gym, and the times of the work outs. I am staying because of how wonderful Kenzie is, the variety of ages of the other women, and how I crave the next workout. Come check it out!

  • If intimidating crowds, waiting in lines and feeling out of place is keeping you from prioritizing your health at a busy gym, the barn is the perfect place for you! At the barn, everyone has a place, the workouts are tailored to your abilities and there is zero judgement! I’ve been attending classes for over a year now and couldn’t imagine my life without them! Even on my most tired days, I get through the workouts and leave feeling accomplished, energized and so proud! There is no harm in giving a class a try!

  • Writing this review with very sore legs! I have been working out with MacKenzie twice a week since January and I look forward to it every week! She is very knowledgeable, attentive, down to earth and just one of the girls! I love the group workouts, new friendships are made and it really helps me to push my limits. I’ve already noticed an increase in my strength and durability and can’t wait to see what the next months bring!

  • Coach Kenz is the best! She goes out of her way to help personalize the fitness classes to what your body needs. She knows your limits, but helps coach to make you stronger. The variety of different workout days from upper body, lower body, cardio & core, full body HIIT are sure you give you well rounded physical and mental strength! Couldn’t recommend more!

  • Coach Kenz simply put is amazing. The barn is everything I was looking for and more. Being a busy working mom the last thing I have the time and energy for is to pick and plan my workouts and when I have a very small window to even get that done. It’s so nice just being able to show up to the barn, have the workouts figured out for me, and then having coach kenz cheer me on and make sure I’m doing the workouts that night. The community of other people there has also been amazing. Everyone is so supportive and we have such a fun time getting workouts in and chatting about life. I 1000% recommend trying out the barn and seeing it for yourself.

  • I have been working with Coach Kenz at the barn for over 8 months now, and I am so grateful to have her on my wellness team! I wanted to prioritize my strength training as a runner and a physically active person. I teach holistic wellness as an OT, yoga teacher, and energy medicine practitioner, and see so much value in strength training. It is such a key part of overall health and preventive care that I needed to find someone to support me in practicing what I preach to prevent injury and protect my bone health, among the many other benefits. I feel like her approach is accessible even if I didn't have lifting experience as an athlete. I have met incredible people at the barn who make me look forward to my sessions even on the days when moving my body feels hard. I was able to easily bring my AC upstairs the other day and install it, and carrying my heavy bag of yoga mats for classes has become easier. I overall feel safer and stronger in my body thanks to the support from Coach Kenz.
