What is BUILD45?

BUILD45 is our female-only group training sessions. They are 45-minute sessions where we work on functional fitness, building our strength and confidence through circuit-based workouts.

BUILD45 is for any fitness level. We can take a brand new beginner, and someone who is a veteran exerciser, and each can perform the same workout and challenge themselves to their own ability.

Each program block of BUILD45 runs for 6 weeks, with 6 different workouts within that program. We rotate between Upper Body Strength, Full Body High Intensity, Lower Body Strength, Full Body Strength, Core/Stability/Functional Movement, and Core & Cardio.

If you’ve ever seen ads or social media videos from F45 Training or Burn Bootcamp, what we do here at BUILD45 is very similar...except better. 😜

Here’s How This Works:

If, after your free trial session, you decide you want to join us, you will:

  • Pick a membership option that will work best for you. These memberships are monthly, meaning you can upgrade, downgrade, pause (2 months max), or cancel at any time.

  • Make your first payment and tell Coach Kenz which session days and times you plan to attend so she can hold you accountable.

  • You’ll get an email with a login invitation to join our Everfit Coaching portal.

  • Then, you’ll join us at your typical sessions week after week and watch yourself get stronger, more confident, and build fun and supportive relationships with the ladies around you!

  • For accountability and consistency purposes, I highly recommend picking a specific set of days and times you plan to attend that you can typically stick to. However, I get that life happens. Reschedules/make-ups are allowed if need be. If your schedule changes from week to week, we can also accommodate you on a more frequent basis.
